            I contracted Beatty Construction to perform presale home renovation and updating. I acquired multiple quotes from various companies, but Bobby (owner) was the only one that was upfront and real. The cost was fair and there were no surprise increases during the renovation. This is due to Bobby being very open about his pricing and, when he walks through, he anticipates potential problems, communicates them, and ensures there is space in the quote to cover them. That said, the quality of work was fantastic, and he worked with me every step of the way, even including recommendations that he felt would help the home stand out (in my case, sell better). To this point, the house was only on the market for 3 days with multiple offers to choose from resulting in the home selling for more than asking price. This was, in no small part, directly related to the great job Beatty Construction did. I highly recommend Beatty Construction for your renovation/remodeling needs!
