We hired Coradi Contracting to remodel our bathroom and couldn't be more pleased with the results—a beautiful and functional bathroom. The Coradi team demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and dedication to providing the bathroom that we had envisioned. They maintained communication every step of the way and we always felt informed and involved in the process. The quality of their work was outstanding and every aspect of the renovation was executed well and with attention to detail. Derek spent time onsite evaluating our bathroom and wishlist for the remodel, and gave us great suggestions. To finalize the contract, we met with him at the office, reviewed each point of the contract, and made changes that were carried out as promised. The team that completed the rough-in and finishing work was led by Allen and included Tristan (plumber) and Justin (electrician). They showed up and wrapped up every day at the scheduled time and worked diligently on the project. They respected our home, cleaned up after each day’s work, answered any questions and addressed any concerns we had, and consulted us about things that would impact our use of the bathroom. We felt very comfortable with this team and are really pleased with the way they executed the job. Ryan, assisted by Nathan, did the tile work and did a wonderful job. Ryan’s outstanding workmanship and exceptional dedication to getting the design right created a finished product that is the star of the remodel! He was more than willing to incorporate our ideas and checked with us as the work progressed to make sure we were satisfied. It is evident that Coradi prioritizes customer satisfaction. Overall, we highly recommend Conradi if you want a contractor who combines excellent craftsmanship, professionalism, and integrity. We interviewed 6 contractors before selecting Coradi and we are so happy with our decision. We won’t hesitate to use them again for any future remodeling projects!

Coradi Contracting renovated two bathrooms and converted an attic into an office for us...I cannot say enough complimentary things about the company, the admin, the support personnel, and the crew members. From the planning and dreaming stage, through the product selection, and throughout the day to day, not always pleasant, tasks (like removing tile which would not budge), the crew of Allen, Justin, and Tristan worked with us...using their experience and skills and asking for our views as decisions needed to be made. They respected us as clients, and we appreciated every effort they made on our behalf. Many folks were involved: Mark, Jason, Derek, Gerald, Dale, Andrea (at Mosaic), Ryan (fabulous tile talent) and Nate (his assistant), Tim (painter)and his crew, Chris (plasterer) and his crew, and, of course, the fabulous trio of Allen, Justin, and Tristen (I already mentioned). They also referred us to ***** ********* for the showers, and Rick kept the status of 5 stars going! I recommend Coradi Contracting to one and all...without hesitation!

Coradi exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this company for your dream project. We were able to get everything we wished for within our budget. They were working in our neighborhood so we set up a meeting then a project plan and proposal. We knew right away this company was the right fit for us. Coradi was on time, listened to what we wanted and made it happen. There was ZERO pressure and they were honest with us about what to expect and we had no disappointments or surprises. They told us their projected completion date and we laughed because we have never had a project completed on time. Coradi finished RIGHT ON schedule. I can’t say enough about the talent, trustworthiness and attention to detail every member of this team displayed. Everyday they arrived on schedule, completed the work and even CLEANED UP. This is an outstanding company. Such a wonderful experience and we are thrilled with our master bath haven/spa. My husband and I were very pleased with the bathroom renovation done by Coradi Contracting. We were impressed with each craftsman that came into our home. They willingly explained what they were doing and should us their work prior to leaving for the day. If we had a question, there was always someone available to talk to either via phone call or text. Thanks to the Coradi team for making our renovation experience a positive one!

It is my pleasure to leave this review for Coradi Contractor’s. This was my first renovation done and I highly recommend using Coradi. We had at least 4 Contractors come to our home and Coradi was the fifth to come and give us an estimate. After many hours spent with the other companies it only took 10 minutes for my husband and I to know that we were going to hire Coradi. Derek explained everything that would be done and answered all our questions and included everything in his plan and budget for us. The renovation started July 31st and in less than 3 weeks we had a beautiful bathroom. We added several jobs (painting and installing an led mirror and light fixtures)which they did with no problem. The first day was demo day with Bruce, CJ and Kelly. The tiles were done afterward by Ryan and Nate. Dale worked several days too and Jason also assisted him on a very hot day. Dale and Jason were the project managers. All of them worked hard and made this project very easy for us. This was such a great experience from the beginning to end. On a 1 to 5 scale I would give them a 10. That gives you an idea of how great Coradi and their staff are.
