      I paid garagebuildings *****. Deposit for metal building, om April 19, 2023, May 18th I paid an additional *****. For a change order. change order. They are brokers for ******* *****, and this is their "fee." The original quote could not be built, as, their engr., could not give me the calcs, for a 2nd floor, and neither, could I find a structural engineer. ***** ****** promised I would hear from engineering the following week, after the first deposit.. No calls. 4 days ago, I emailed his boss, **** ******. No reply. Complex, engineering took *****., For engineering, and promised I would go to engineering 2 weeks ago. They lied to me again, because I had asked for a refund. They refuse to refund my money. They were the low bid, so that they could steal my money, and never build the building.. They have a total of *****

      My apologies for the delayed response. I was communicating directly with the customer trying to find a solution for her. Unfortunately we were unable to supply the type of building required by her county regulations. A full refund was given to the customer on June 9th. The customer was happy with the refund.

      We ordered a steel garage building from this business in February 2021 and paid a deposit. We were told that the building would be delivered in 12 weeks. We poured a concrete pad for the building and sent them the pictures of it that they had requested. To date, we still do not have a delivery scheduled. We understand that there are delays due to the pandemic, but feel that this business has had ample opportunity to deliver our product.

      Hello. I ordered a building and paid the ******* deposit that was required to start the process. I was told to get concrete and pad ready and they would then schedule the delivery and installation. I have left several emails and do not get any response back from them. 7/30 and 8/2.. I would like to be contacted back so we can move to the next step. I originally talked with Henry at the number listed on this site. It is not very professional to leave messages and not get a response back which after reading comments from other customers this seems to be a huge issue. I am leary of paying the rest of the money for the building with this type of service. Thanks. Terry *******

There is no excuse for lack of communication, when a customer leaves a message it is ************ policy that they receive a call back within 24 hours. This will be addressed with Henry. We are currently experiencing a shortage of materials which has caused a back log on orders getting delivered and installed. We are working with our manufacturing partner, ********* and hope to get restocked and up to date soon. We will follow up with the customer and give him the latest update regarding his building. I sent an email to Henry ******* on Sept 30 requesting a refund and to cancel the order. I have not gotten a response from him. I will dispute this with my credit card company at this time. Below is a copy of the the email I sent to Henry. Henry, I placed the order on May 25th 2021, it's now Sept XX XXXX. Sense the stated timeline of twelve weeks after the pad was ready for installation has not happened. It's affecting my ability to earn. I want to cancel this order and get a refund of the deposit. According to our records this order was canceled and refunded on October 7, 2021. I have attached a copy of the refund. Should the customer need further assistance please have him give us a call.       5/21 - Ordered Metal Garage. We gave detailed description order including delivery address, and dimensions. The building included vertical construction and insulation. The order was written and deposit of ***** was given. We were promised that within a few days the manufacture would call and confirm the installation date and provide us with a set of detailed plans in order to get a permit from our city. After 2 weeks we did not hear from dealer or manufacturer. 6/21 After countless times calling the salesman (Henry) he assured us he was working to expedite it. After further research from the manufacturer, they said the order was on hold because it was priced wrong and they couldn't get a hold of the dealer. We contacted Henry who confirmed that they had priced it wrong. We had to pay more than quote. We accepted price increase. 2 months later - no movement, no plans, no return calls. 7-21 Talked to dealer (not Henry) said they'd check - no calls back.

      Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2021/08/12) */ We are very sorry for the mistake made with this customers order. We have experienced price increases almost weekly and our representative used and incorrect price sheet when providing the customer with a building quote. We fully own and acknowledge this mistake and apologize for the inconvenience this caused our customer. I spoke with the customer and we agreed that a full refund of his deposit was the best course of action. He has been refunded and order has been canceled.
