              I put a deposit on a Italica **** bike of $****** in August. They said, two bikes came in September one was red and the other was damaged. Since then no more bikes have come in, that are ****'s. Also, I am currently not a flight attendant for the airlines I was working for. This is going on for 90 days. I requested a refund, once two weeks ago, that said they more coming soon. I requested a refund again last week, they stated their account went on vacation. I just asked for a refund again, and they refused it. I have. I have no choice, but to file a complaint or loose $*** for a moped I never received or purchased. I am seeking a refund, thank you.

              I was told I needed a new tire so I paid to order it I went to pick it up after a very long wait and several calls. When I went to leave the wheel wouldn't turn so they adjusted the brake. When I got it home it was not the tire that I paid for I needed a whole new wheel and when I went to put the wheel on they had mixed the wires up and tried to tell me it was a hub motor. I complained to *** and they said I wasn't a customer even though I paid for the work they also said I threatened their staff. Please stay far from this business

              With 10 years in business I am very proud of our customer satisfaction rating. Even on this sight there are only a few complaints, Most of them are not valid. We have almost 1000 5 star google reviews from happy customers. We reach the point of not caring when people act abusive and threatening in our showroom. We can't tolerate that drama in today's day and age. We could have satisfied this customer but their attitude and abusive and loud demeanor forced me to accept that we could no longer help them. I'm glad you found a resolution to your issues (with your bike)
