      I've order from nex several times no issues, but this one experience was bad. I order shoes on the 29th, I normally give them grace because of the holiday and New Year's a couple days away. I thought I would at least get a shipping email before the new year, but did get any thing. Days pass nothing until I sent an email asking what's the status of my order. They tell me they sold out of the item and that I would be getting refunded. Why am I just hearing about this after a week has went by since ordering it? Has it been sold out before I order it? If so why is it still on the site? If I wouldn't have called how much long would it have taken you to inform me after a week of no communication? And the only thing I have to go by is what my account is telling me that its processing. This is ridiculous. Waste of my time.

      Felt extremely discriminated against in the navy exchange of JEB Little Creek. Cashier singled me out with my soon and I wasn’t able to purchase my items even though I am an active duty service member because my name wasn’t on the card I was using mind you this exchange is located on base so you have to go through gate security to access it. I believe the cashier’s name was Donna. I left extremely upset as I just moved into a house where the base is in my backyard and I needed things for the house to have plates and silverware to eat.

      They distribute a weekly or monthly advertisement showing all their sales. They don't tell you that some of the cells are in store only purchases. You then go to the store the NEX closest to you and they don't even have the product there. I called the customer service hotline and they offered no support or assistance. I can see why they are not accredited through you guys. Plus being a federal entity don't get me started. You don't even have updated products in the NEX stores. Most electronics are from 2020. ***** doesn't even want to continue providing service to them. Your best bet is to just shop online through ****** don't even deal with these guys the tax break you're going to get is the surcharge they're adding to your star card. Don't be fooled by the nice American flags and the courteous employees they have nothing to do with it. It's the corrupt CEOs that get contracted through their government to pillage our young impressionable adults fighting for a country.

      Twice, TWICE!!! I have been turned away in the last week at the barbershop because they couldn’t take anymore customers. The first time was at 1820 and the second at 1810. You need to either hire more barbers or change your times to reflect any earlier. Right now, your service is nonexistent.

      Customer service is extremely bad for their website. I emailed them to cancel my order and received a email back saying they will do so. A week goes by and I get charged for the product anyways. They do not know what they are doing over there and I will not recommend them to anyone I know.. Shop elsewhere.

      We certainly apologize for the inconvenience to Mr. ********* Mr. ******** contacted us three weeks after placing his order to cancel. Unfortunately, once an item has shipped from our distribution center, we ****** cancel the order or provide a refund until the item is returned. We are reaching out to Mr. ******** to see if there is something further we can do to remedy the situation.
