I am writing on behalf of my wife. We recently had her **** ** *nto Checkered Flag Virginia Beach to fix a leak in the moon roof. Initially, when the car was released to us, after supposedly being repaired, the moonroof’s glass was not properly seated, the moonroof’s screen would not close, as well as a headliner that no longer fit correctly and was covered in dirty hand print’s. So we took the car back. Jordan, the Service Consultant, was very nice got us a loaner and kept the vehicle to complete the repairs we had paid for and have the car detailed. When Jorden called to say the car was ready, we still had issues but it seemed there was an excuse for each one; the bottom line is the car was not returned to us in the condition it was given initially to affect the repairs. Not satisfied at all but confident there was nothing that the Audi team was willing or able to correct. Then today, it has been raining most of the day I went out to check. The roof is leaking worse than ever!Business response

The vehicle repair was conducted, and customer came back with same concern a month ago. We gave them a loaner and after diagnosis, found that the part we installed from **** was defective. We contacted **** and they have approved a new sunroof and headliner for the customer, so they are not paying anything out of pocket.
We also have informed the customer about **** covering the repairs for them.Customer response

I cannot get a call back from any management here. They've had my vehicle for weeks and it's still not diagnosed or fixed. They are only calling my insurance company/claims adjuster back and will not return my call. They're lying about the condition of my vehicle, or their service technician does not know what he's doing in my opinion.Business response
