      Bought a used car from them. 7 days later I needed a new auxiliary battery that wasn’t covered by their warranty. 3 weeks later my engine light went n. I need a engine coil. 5 times I called and they told me they would have to see it and fix it to see if it’s covered under their warranty! What?? I texted Ron the manager and he never replied to me about what’s covered. 1.5 months with the car. And nothing is covered?? Don’t waste your time with them. I’m sorry I gave them a 5 star rating. They don’t deserve it. I spent *** dollars at ******** to get my car fixed because hall Honda is not trustworthy people.

      I have sent emails to all of the managers at the dealership Hall Honda in Virginia Beach, VA and not one manager responded to me. I am a long time Honda buyer and I traded in my Honda Civic because I wanted an SUV, my mother has cancer and I have a new heart condition and a small car wasn't working. I was put in an older Nissan due to my credit which I wanted and thought was my only option because I was only shown one car to choose from. I got the Nissan and it ended up having engine rattling and tapping noises on the second day so I returned it. The dealership had my good reliable car and then I was out without anything panicking and was told by a salesman that I was "******* him off" (verbatim). I addressed this with many emails to manager Papa **** and no response. I ended up being able to borrow from a family member and since I was without a car I went back and put **** down on a 2022 Honda. I wasn't provided my docs for the sale because they had to wait for my down payment to clear. 7 days later I had to call them because they still had not sent my payoff on my trade in and my new loan had been funded and the **** cashed so after a call to them, they paid off my trade in. Then I took the new car to get my accessories installed Tuesday 5/31/22 and I pick it up today 6/1/2022 and they hand me the key and walk away. No one helped me or showed me how to use remote start or my new sensors. I had to go back inside the dealership and get someone to grab a service man to come show me the key. I also had to go get my paperwork on my own. I didn't expect this is treatment that someone buying a brand new car and putting **** down on should experience. And I yet have heard back from anyone with apologies!!!! Next time I won't go there and may have to switch to something besides Honda since they ruined it for me. Buying a brand new car should have been a great experience and now I'm reading manuals to try to figure out what I have and what features. Terrible
