I placed an order on November 7, 2023. Nearly one month later, on 12/4/2023, the order remains unfulfilled on their website. My credit card has been charged for the full amount. The only way to contact them is via email, but they do not respond. I have received two automated messages stating they will contact me soon, but I have yet to hear from them. Will not ever order anything from this company again.Review from Airrus B

Placed my prder on 4/5/23. Said it would take 4-7 business days and haven't heard from them nor received my order in over a month. Emailed them on 5/21/23 about my order I've yet to receive my order and didn't hear from them. I went on their website and sent a message about my order on 7/3/23 and they responded on 7/5/23 saying they'll get back to me as soon as possible... As of 8/10/23 I'm still waiting on my order.Review from Daniella Z

My order was places and confirmed on 3/3/23 and paid extra ***** to get it delivered fast. Today is 4/22/23 and this company hasn’t fulfill their obligations to a customer that has bought from them before. Well this was definitely the last time I buy from them. They always give the short staff excuse as I see in their few responses but then GET MORE STAFF then! Or close down this company because seriously their rep is bad and for a good reason. The fact that there is no phone number for customer service is a major red flag to me now that I think about it.Review from Kaitlin M

I placed my order 3/15/23 and have yet to receive my order (today is 4/17/23). I have sent multiple messages and have yet to hear back. I am disappointed as I have been a customer for a long time and placed several orders with them and have never had an issue.Review from Kari G

Placed an order on 3/6/23 and still have no received my order as of 4/17 and all my emails have no been answered! They’ve taken my payment as well! Placed an order in the past with no issues! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!Review from Jennifer P

Placed an order 3/15/23. Still haven't shipped and they have not responded to the multiple emails I've sent. Ordered from them in the past and this wasn't an issue. No phone number on their site to contact them either.Review from Buffy S

I placed an order on 3-1-23, have been charged but still haven’t received my order. I have tried to contact them in various ways probably 10 times and have not been able to get in touch with anyone nor any info on my order. I’ve asked for a refund even, and still, nothing. This is very disappointing as I have ordered from them before and not had these problems.Review from Kimberly B

I have ordered from this business before I’ve never had any problems, but this year they have failed to communicate when I’ve sent emails regarding just shipping info, I’ve sent communication on social media for an order the 2nd of February I am still waiting and nothing. I would like my order but will never ever order from here and I will make sure no one ever does either.Review from Nicole L

placed a order a month ago and have not received any updates on my order. I have reached out to support for over a week and no response. I will NEVER ever order from this company.
