Great company, very professional especially Ben. Would highly recommend and use their services again.

My fiancé and I found a leak under the house and reached out to our property management company and filed a repair order. They reached out to Dynamic Home Services to do the repair with me as the person of contact. Someone was sent out yesterday (April 30, 2024) to repair a leak. The person did not stay long and left. We were rescheduled to today (May 1, 2024). Towards the end of the window, we were rescheduled to tomorrow (May 2, 2024). I attempted to reach out to see what was going on. The person who answered got cut out, so I did not understand what they said. I asked if this was Dynamic Home Services. The response was, “That’s what I said,” which set the tone for the rest of the call. In an attempt to figure out what was going on as we had adjusted our schedules and taken off work, I was cut off many times. After being interrupted and spoken to disrespectfully many times, I shared with him he was being very unprofessional. He started yelling at me stating that if I’m not the home owner he wasn’t going to talk to me, even though I was the point of contact. Maybe I was in the wrong, I don’t feel like I was, but I do t appreciate the I professionalism and disrespect I received from the get go. I hope it’s not a true reflection of this company.
