I have been hunted by this company for years based upon their use of public records. I repeatedly wrote in various forms of polite and frustrated requests including Cease and Desist to stop soliciting purchase of my property. All requests have been ignored. This company trolls tax records and produces postcard solicitations listing the property address for anyone to see. It is evident they make no attempt to scrub mail lists for unwanted approach. I consider this an invasion of my privacy. I don't believe there is integrity within this operation. Any traditional real estate listing would likely be a safer, more professional and profitable approach for a Seller than this operation which created the impression of a bottom feeder.

I'd be happy to investigate further this concern. In my preliminary search of all records of people we market to, your first and last name does not show up in our database. I don't have a phone number or property address to look further into what property we're marketing to you on. Also I have no record of your name calling us to express your concern.

We do maintain a list of 711 people who have returned our marketing piece and requested to be removed from our marketing list. You don't appear on that list. Our customer service reps are trained on providing instructions to potential customers on how they can be removed manually from our mailing lists, that request is to mail back the postcard to us, or we'll provide a self addressed stamped envelope so we can manually remove you.

As you may not be aware, there is no do not mail database, so we have to manually do this each time we attempt to reach out. I can happily remove you, but I just wish you gave us the opportunity first before posting a negative review against so many of our 5 star reviews from customers.

Please feel free to reach out and we'll make sure to take care of this. Also the zip code you provided in your complaint is **************** VA, we don't do any marketing to that area for houses, so unless you own properties in Hampton Roads, you may have us mistaken for someone else.

I wish there was an easier way to remove oneself from a mailing list because I'd ask *** **** *** ******* ******** *****
***** and all those others that send me mail to stop. Really my only choice for some of those small to large business is just to recycle the postcard.
