Mr. ******* ****** ** **** Industries Inc. demonstrated a carpet cleaning using a ***** Vacuum. He completed a financing document and called United Consumers Financial Services application for approval at ************* The amounts were **** check deposit and $**** plus interest financed totalling $*******. **** asked if the vacuum cleaner was there I said yes as instructed by *** ******* Once approved Mr. ****** packed the equipment stating "he would take the demo with him and bring me a new machine within 7 days. I called him on 11/7 and he said he didn't have it yet. On 11/11 I called **** Claims and spoke with ********* I told her that Mr. ****** took the machine and still had not delivered a new one, requested they do not continue with the financing and refund my deposit. She said no to both requests, cancellation must occur within 3 days and she was going to call the vendor. I no longer wish for this transactions to continue for they failed to fulfill their part of the contract. I ask they refund my deposit and remove the request for credit.Customer response

Mr. ****** contacted me this today and stated he will cancel the contract today and refund my deposit when he returns to his office. Should he not keep his word on this agreement I shall contact you again. Thank you for your service.
