It was an emergency trouble call and they were able to get to me in short order.. My problem was my pump to my water cooled heating system had quit pumping water.. so we are freezing to death.. well almost.. Cameron the owner and I had discussed the possibility that i may need a well but since not an emergency he promised to get someone out early the next week to take a look and offered that if they could not fix it with the basic service call he would credit me with that amount if we had to drill a new well...On Monday the well or pump conked out so I called in to C & G Wells with an emergency heat repair request. This was my first contact with the sweetest person Christy... She relayed my problem to Cameron (a very pleasant and helpful person and he set me up to get a service call on Tuesday the very next day...Now Tuesday here comes without a doubt the most knowledgeable Well Tech in the Area?
and how do I know that.. cause he is totally confident of himself and is super knowledgeable..
Within minutes he analyzed the problem as a pump failure Of course my little mind having worked with hundreds of previous contractors that did not know their ********* from a hole in the ground I questioned it... I said what is that gonna cost me **** plus he said NO **** turnkey. Then i asked what if that does not solve it.. now i will be out **** plus a new well huh? He immediately offered to return my pump to service if the new pump did not solve it and deduct todays service call from the Well price if needed...i have only 80 characters left to speak.. So let me say TRUST all you WELL NEEDS to C & G... and ask for TECH LARUE and you will get Christy and Cameron in the package. I have never before done a review but this service demanded that I let others know.
