On May 8, 2021, I purchased a cooktop, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator for $********* from Tolson Appliance Center in Warrenton, VA. The refrigerator installation is still incomplete as there are missing trim parts. I have asked numerous times to have the job completed to no avail. I asked through email on October 21, 2021, December 28, 2021, January 7, 2022. From June 2021 until October 2021, I asked monthly through phone calls. I have not heard a response, but I received an additional bill for the 2nd visit of the still incomplete installation. I have not paid the bill for the additional installation charges since the job is still incomplete. I have already paid $**** for the initial visit. Each time they come to finish the installation, they don't have all the parts or enough people to move the refrigerator. I am attaching photos of the install.
