Ordered product (patches) from this business using their online website with Paypal checkout. 2 patches total was $18.49 on 3/17/2022 @11:25 am. trans i.d *****************. Merchant transaction i.d 62M08595HF260054K. Initial email sent by me inquiring about product delivery was sent March 24, and again April 5th after getting no reply, using the website provided email address: ************** Return email finally from business owner ************ on April 11 explained business owner having personal issues, product supply issues, and general request for patience on my part. I returned email same day generally stating no worries, no problem, a thanks for communicating with me and a request for product substitute recommendations since owner stated part of my order was unavailable despite the website showing availibilty and allowing the purchase. Her email explainedy purchase in general would be fulfilled in a few days But, no reply to that email was received. Another email sent by me April **************************************************************** update on expected delivery date. No reply. Another email sent by me May 4 asking about order fulfillmemt or issuing of refund and a general request for communication with me. No reply. Another email sent May 16th in same manner as previous, again with no reply. No contact phone number shown on website. I have never ordered something online and had a business ignore me, refuse to send product, and or not process a refund. I am easy going but at this point, this person is not returning any communication, not sending any of what was purchased, and apparently not issuing a refund.Explained to owner within emails that my address had changed...however, if the owner sent the product out for delivery to me, I would expect some sort of communication in regards to it. Also, I have a po box for forwarded mail and also would have likely been contacted by my previous address if the product was deliveredk
