    After staying at the Best Western Plus-Waynesboro with my husband for five days, we discovered our credit card had been charged for not only our room, but other rooms. We also were charged for a mysterious $53.25. When we asked about the charges of the other rooms, we were told they would reimburse us. When asked about the $53.25 charge, we were told that was for make up on multiple towels and a bathmat. We pointed out that I bring my own cosmetic towels and asked how does one get make up on a bathmat? I was told the charge would not be reversed and I was called a ***** by the front desk manager, after she refused to get me her boss. I called back and was then hung up on by By her. I called back the next day and spoke with someone else. When I asked for the General Manager, I was told the GM was out, I then left a message for the GM. I never heard back from her or anyone with the Best Western Plus-Waynesboro. I called the compliant line and filed a compliant. After three days I called the compliant line for a follow up and was told the front desk manager said they will not pay me back. I told the compliant line I did not get the make up on the towels. I also mentioned that it was inappropriate to only have the front desk manager respond since a part of my compliant was about her calling me a ***** and hanging up on me. I mentioned again that I did not get make up on the towels and I was wrongly being accused and charged. I e mailed a picture of the cosmetic towels I brought with me. I requested a copy of the break down cost of the towels, was told the GM e mailed them to me, I have not received this e mail to date. I requested the “damaged” towels, as they would now belong to me as my property to be given to me. I was told the charge was for the new towels and I advised I would only owe for the actual cash value of the old “damaged” towels and not the replacement cost of new towels, which again, I did not damage. I want my $53.25 refunded back to me.
