Based on the investigation of this matter, the Board finds reason to believe that Window World of DC Inc. violated the following:
1. Failure to obtain written change orders, which are signed by both the consumer and the licensee or his agent, to an already existing contract.
Window World of DC Inc. acknowledges an understanding of the charges and admits to the violations.
