Hello, I sent the following email(text shown below) to Stripe Source at email: *************************** on 01/26. Since then I reached out 2 more times via their contact us page and received no response or phone call. And they do not have a customer service phone number. Since they never responded I had to order more vinyl to get the job done right(as of today) in the amount of ******. In addition to, 2 ********* rides to go a second time to the shop and now I'll have to pay for 2 more ********* rides to get this fixed. (To and from the shop) "I ordered black stripes for my vehicle on 01/17, and had them delivered directly to "*** ***** ****", which is the shop that referred me to you and the shop that is putting the stripes on my vehicle. They received them on 01/21 which was very fast and for that I am appreciative. I've included the details below. I took my vehicle in today, which is the earliest appointment they had available to put them on my vehicle. In the process of doing so, they discovered that the stripes for the top of trunk lid and top of bumper section were too short for the trunk lid and in separate pieces and is they believe that you guys sent the stripes for a vehicle that has a spoiler and mine does not. Also the antenna section is too big. I took an Uber to get home because cause I live 25 minutes from the shop and will have to take another Uber to get back to the shop to pick up the vehicle, so the shop sent me the pictures. I've attached the pictures for your review. I'm leaving for a cruise tomorrow morning and I'll be out of town from 01/27-02/01 and I will not be able to take the vehicle back to them until the week after I return. And I may not be able to reply quickly if you email/call me regarding this matter. Wondering how this issue can be resolved so that I can get the correct stripes to *** ***** **** asap so that I can have them installed properly.
