            Purchased a new vehicle in transport. Traded in a vehicle as well. Was told to drive my vehicle with my plates still on the vehicle even though it belonged to the dealer and my insurance was no longer on the vehicle. Tried to get a loaner car or played multiple times within a week and was denied until I drove in and was leaving for vacation to which they decided to give me a loaner immediately no problems what so ever because of insurance and going so far. The day the paperwork was signed my vehicle I traded in was already posted on their website to be viewed by others but they said they didnt own it yet when I asked why my plates were still being driven on. When asked while picking up new vehicle the manager had no answer and acted as if it was not a problem at all. Looking for insight

            Deceitful. Dishonest. False advertising. We confirmed the price twice with two different employees prior to making the 4 hour round trip for nothing but a donut and the run-around. When they were confronted by THEIR mistake, we were treated poorly with at least five excuses for the ridiculous price hike/adjustment, and they couldn't get us out the door fast enough. One salesman who hounded us for the appointment snuck away and hid and the other one was rude and defensive. Save the stress and AVOID this dealer. Crushing disappointment. Not worth the donut!!!! The general manager stated he would look into it and call back the next day. We are still waiting for the call two days later. They don't care about the customer. It's obvious.
