Hi everyone, I have been through a lot with all this wedding planning and it just keeps getting worse. I lost my wedding planner for no particular reason other than she ghosted me and now my flowers for my wedding are all wrong and not what I wanted. I thought having wood flowers for my wedding would be cool and a gift to my bridal party. I thought that it would be a keepsake for my wedding but what I got instead were wood flowers that weren’t fully finished/not finished painting and look nothing like her other flowers that she advertises on her website and social media pages. I was disappointed and I tried talking with the lady but she didn’t want to talk to me over the phone. Instead she cared nothing about her customers: me, didn’t care to fix the situation or rectify it in any way. Now I am out all this money and I will not be using her flowers in my wedding. I wanted to discuss a partial refund or something and she said no refund and blocked me. She no longer wants to have civil conversations. Please whatever you do be careful using this lady. I don’t recommend her at all and I am not even giving her 1 star review. She has horrible customer service and doesn’t care to make the customers happy. She was supposed to deliver my flowers 4-6 weeks before my wedding so that we possibly could fix them if something were wrong but it’s now a week until my wedding and I have to find wedding flowers. I got a glowing recommendation to use a florist in MD and I am so thankful to this company for helping me last minute. Steer clear from Posy Jade Wood Flowers. She gives you half ass work and not good customer service. ?? ??

I just wanted to try and save another bride from some heartache.... I ordered a bouquet, a corsage, and a boutonniere from Posy Jade Boutique. I paid close to $300 for all three and shipping. This is what I received. I emailed the owner and let her know I was a little disappointed as it didn't look anything as advertised. I even asked if she could just send me some more anemone-like flowers as I specifically asked for a lot of them in the bouquet and my bouquet only came with one.... She responded telling me since I approved the bouquet before it was sent, there will be no refunds or fixes, and to try to enjoy my wedding. I am under an extreme amount of stress due to life circumstances outside of the wedding. I can't share details but just trust me.... I have a lot going on... She was already past her promised shipping date and I was at work when she sent me the picture. It was hard to tell how small it was and that it was missing several elements from the advertised bouquet. Im also a horrible visualizer... I need to see it in person and hold it and turn it around. So when I opened the package a week later, my heart sank. It may be my fault that I "approved" this bouquet but... Thats a really slimy business practice to create subpar, falsely advertised products, and then hope you catch a bride who is busy, under a lot of stress, and didn't examine the photo with a fine toothcomb. I wish I had looked longer. I wish I'd sent them to my friends to critique. I wish I'd slept on it before saying "looks pretty!" So for that, I have myself to blame. However, the fact of the matter is Posy Jade Boutique cannot reproduce their advertised pictures with the same level of artistry.
