We purchases a commercial garage door from Garage Door Plus *********************** Winchester Va and it included installation. The door was installed in June 2022 and we have had them back out several times for issues (door not going up). We called and messaged in Oct that the door was going up side ways and we were told someone would be our. Since then we have called and messaged and always the same story someone will be out. In December the door actually fell the sprocket and guide wires broke and the door came crashing down. We called for 2 weeks and finally the owner told us he had no one to fix it to find someone and he would pay them. We Found someone they came the next day and got the door to where it goes up and down however they did tell us about the sprocket and 4 panels of the door were damaged and need replaced as soon as possible so the door goes down evenly so we dont have the same problem. Well 3 weeks in and Garage door plus hasnt paid the bill to this company so we have and they havent ordered any parts and they have scheduled with us to come out 3 times with a no show and no call. Now the owner ************************ is telling us he doesnt sell that brand of door anymore. I would Think the **** company would still sell him what he needs to fix a damaged door that he improperly installed. However again we are being lied to and put off constantly and we have a $5,000 garage door that is not working properly, is damaged and could fall again at any given time. We were very lucky the first time no one was hurt and no glass was broken but I am concerned on the safety of this door and my family. This door is heavy and could seriously injury or kill someone.
