They quoted me 600 for a water mark on the ceiling that needed to be fixed. He subcontracted the paint job out and they did a very poor job. We are going to have to repaint the entire hallway now.Business response

Good Afternoon
The job was completed accordingly to the customers request, I personally painted with the area with the paint they provided me before I painted the area I explained to them that the color would look a bit different due to the paint having a shine to it they agreed and I proceeded with job once the job was completed I showed them the finished product there were content and had no complaints and we parted with no problems.
two weeks go by I receive a phone call from the customer demanding a refund for the terrible job we had done at the job site I was looking for and explanation so I asked what is wrong they responded and said the paint was not matching and it did not go with the hallway I asked if it was ok if I could stop by to see the issue so that we could fix it the request was denied i offer quality and customer satisfaction before I leave the job site and I ensure that everything is well done and completed correctly before I depart the area this is my side of the matter thank you for your time.

I am rejecting this response because:The paint job was not finished. Nestor subcontracted out the painting. They refuse to refund the ^00 I paid him.
