      I am seeking a refund for the 2021 **********. The vehicle has less than 25k miles on it and has had the transmission replaced 2 times in a year. The vehicle is not reliable and is not safe.

      Good afternoon. We have done everything we can to assist this customer. The customer has reached out to Toyota USA regarding a buyback claim. This is truly out of our hands at the dealership level and is between the ******* and Toyota USA. We have had several bad reviews on social media over the last several weeks regarding this.

      On 12-15-21, I purchased a brand new ***** car from Malloy Toyota. The sales person whose name was Reed helped with the sale. As part of the sale, he ordered wheel lock and emergency tool kit for the ***** car we purchased. He was supposed to ship the parts along with the manual book of the car to us, once the parts gets delivered to the dealer. On 12/27/2021, I texted Reed and reminded him that he still has not shipped us the manual book of the car, the wheel lock and the emergency kit he ordered. He promised that he would send them as soon as it arrives. After a week I called him again, and reminded him, he mentioned that it just arrived and will ship it to me, but he never shipped the parts or the manual book of the brand new car I purchased. Thus since I purchased the car, I can not enjoy the car to the fullest capacity because the cars manual book was not sent and provided to me. I can not set or adjust many of its functions. Also, I have not received the emergency tool kit and wheel lock that was order. He stopped answering my calls and texts. On 2-18/2022, I called and talked to Dustin, sales manager at the dealer who helped. He noted my number and promised call me back after contacting Reed, but he never called me back. I had a worst experience with this dealership, while I purchased a ***** car for more than $44,000.

      I bought a 2018 Tacoma from Malloy on 6/29/21, 2021 and as of today 8/14/21 the exiting loan on the truck i traded in still has not been satisfied. The real thing is this pay off thing, I talk to **** and they tell me they do not have everything talk to Malloy they say they have sent everything and they talked to **** last week... OK still showing not paid and now past due...So I am pretty sure I will get hit with a late payment. The Gen Manager has reached out to me last week on Wednesday 8/4/21 and said he would call everyday to **** to get it resolved... It has been 10 days and still showing not paid. Yu pay $799 processing fee you would think this would be taken care of. This has been the worst experience of my life buying a vehicle. I have bought 4 vehicles from them but never again.
