MALLOY **** IN WINCHESTER ARE LIARS!!!My car (2011 ******* MKZ) had car trouble. I had my mom in the car and was so emotional. I just spent $2500 on fixing the car and here I am with my mom and it's going to be another $1,000. I had someone take my mom home and went to Malloy and bought a 2014 Jeep. They only gave me $1,000 for my car. They told me I had a 3 month/3000 warranty included. After I signed the papers which they threw at me quickly to sign not explaining a thing, I signed. Guess what, NO WARRANTY. I asked if I could get my old car back and give them the $1,000 for it not even 2 days later. The dealer said he would try and then told me it was going to auction in ***** and there was nothing they can do. I was still keeping the Jeep, just wanted to take back my car as the trade-in for cash. That wouldn't have hurt them at all. TODAY it's being sold at Malloy Toyota in **********! I told them they didn't need to do anything to my car. I would give them the cash instead of the car and they LIED and are now making a $5,000 profit. THEY ARE DISGUSTING AND TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY SITUATION WITH MY 85 Y/O MOTHER WHO I WAS BRINGING BACK FROM THE HOSPITAL. THEY HAVE NO HONOR. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN.Review from Roger W

I had always taken my tundra to the dealership for service because it's still under warranty. On a recent visit for service I was told that the water pump was showing signs of leaking. My truck only had 36,000 miles and a pump should last anywhere between 60,000 and 90,000 miles. So I took it to another mechanic that I trust. They put it on the lift and pressure tested the system NO leaks where observed. Obviously this was a blatant attempt for an expensive repair that clearly did not need to be done! Do not trust them at their word especially if it involves a expensive repair get a second opinion like I did. You could end up saving yourself a lot of cash for a repair that didn't need to be done at all. Needless to say Molloy's has lost my business because I no longer trust them to do the right thing.Review from Brian H

My restored wreck was sent by Malloy Collision center to Malloy Toyota service for full systems checks, alignment, glass replacement, setup and calibration of radar system. I wrote and spoke to the service manager conveying to him the endless failures from the collision shop. Would he please give my car extra scrutiny, please, during the full systems check while my car was at the Toyota shop. Toyota Corp says there is not a service bulletin in procedures to evacuate the air vents of the fine glass powder associated with glass breakage. I got a face and eyes blasted with fine glass dust requiring emergency care, steroid injections to one eye, and ongoing suffering. And what did the dealer shop enter on the CarFax for the top half of the entire car being replaced after a major wreck: “glass repair.” “No accident reported on CarFax” is the way they advertised this car for resale.Review from Brian H

Malloy Toyota responded to a prior review that they were looking into this. And? Re Malloy Toyota advertising my used car for sale as No Accident on the CarFax. In fact over $15000 in crash damage occurred and THEY themselves entered only simple “glass repair” on the CarFax. The entire top half of the car was destroyed and replaced. I informed the VA State Police, CarFax, Attorney General, Toyota Corp., VA Dealer Board. Did you ever inform the person that bought this car of these full damages? Did you let them pay for your mistakes? With the statute of limitations fast approaching. Be aware this dealer and their body shop neglected to clear my air ducts of fine glass particles after a major wreck. I got a face and eyes full of glass dust turning the defroster on full the rainy night I picked up my car. I suffer to this day because of this gross oversight. I required emergency care and steroid injections in one eye! The attorney who worked for my insurance company in past history in assigning dollar figures to specific injuries said he would advise seeking additional damages of $30k. Don’t buy or have service here.Review from Elizabeth W

We (trade in) purchased a vehicle that needed to be serviced before we could actually bring it home. Toyota "replaced" ball joints on the vehicle. Said vehicle within 12 months of this service/ purchase fails inspection for ball joints. The tires on the truck FELL OFF when lifted for inspection. Faulty ball joints further caused misalignment and now need to replace controller arms and new tires along with ball joints. Toyota gave me the FULL ring around, with no information. They do not have warranties they can physically show you; they say they are "handshake agreements" that obviously favor themselves but can NEVER show any hard facts! Only way they are "willing to help" my $1800 bill is by discounting $300- that $300 does not even cover ball joints and labor! They should have to pay for everything being that the faulty ball joints they "replaced" were HORRIBLE per 2 other auto professionals! I am lucky my husband made it home to us every day. The inspector said that if the suspension in the truck would have moved about an inch or so the tires would have physically fallen off of the truck! Not to mention Toyota at the time of purchase knew the only reason we traded in our very similar truck was for the bigger back seat for our son's car seat! They claim the safety of their customers is important but they're actions show differently! As well as other sad reviews on Google! The GM Joe, Frank, Lorenzo and Matt will speak to you ANY way they feel. Then MAYBE apologize later. There is no professionalism within this establishment and the owners should be ashamed of the people that represent them! Typical dealership employees. TAKE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE!Review from LANA G

i WOULD NOT RECOMEND MALLOY TOYOTA FOR A BUYING EXPERIENCE IT WAS THE WORST EVER. HIGH PRICE FOR USED CAR WANTED OUT OF THE WHOLE DEAL WHEN IT WAS 41,000 PLUS FOR A USED CAR. I TOLD THE SALESMAN WHEN WE GOT OUT OF MY CAR THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR A CAR IN 23 TO 25,000 RANGE WHAT WE GOT WAS A CAR WITH FENDER DAMAGE AND DENTS ON PASSENGER SIDE AND NEVER ASK IF IT WAS TO BRING BACK TO FIX IT. THEY TOOK IT BACK BUT WE STILL HAD TO GIVE THEM FOR ALL THE SERVICE ALMOST 9,000 WE DID NOT ASK FOR TO HAVE THE DEBT WIPED OUT TO TAKE IT BACK AND BUY IT FOR 24,000 AND THEY SOLD IT FOR 34,000 PLUS INTEREST ALMOST 42,000 IT PUT A STRAIN ON MY FINANCES SO MY SON CO SIGNED. ONLINE THEY SHOWED 1 FOR 23,000 AND THE CAR HAD 42,000 MILAGE ON A 2020 THERE ARE CHEAPER DEALS THEN THE ONE THEY PUT US IN I MEAN IT IS DISGRACEFUL FOR A CAR DEALERSHIP TO DO THAT TO ANYONE. BAD EXPERIENCE.FOR ANYONE I WOULD BE HAPPY FOR THEM TO GIVE THE MONEY BACK SO I WOULD NOT HAVE THE STRESS OF THE AMOUNT PAID MY HUSBAND HAD TO GET A LOAN AGAINST HIS PICKUP TRUCK AND MY SON TOOK 1500.00 OUT OF HIS SAVING A COMPLETE HARDSHIP ON THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE.Review from Ashley L

Test drove a newer used 4 Runner, light for air tire pressure was on, when I came back they gladly filled the tire with air. I wound up purchasing the vechicle. The morning after I bought the Toyota there was flat on the rear passenger tire, after looking further, I found that the two front tire were worn unevenly as well. I called the dealership requesting replacement tires due to a flat and two other tires. I was told I needed to bring it in for an evaluation and that they could not guarantee another set of tires, that I would potentially need and would need to come to another appointment if they deemed necessary. My question that has yet to be answered, is why if all of the service was completed at Malloy on the vechicle why were the tires not rotated properly? It is clear when looking at the vechicle that the tires were never rotated properly, not would in my opinion the tires pass inspection. Phone calls have been made with no resolution involved.
