I wish I could give this place no stars The amount of frustration I feel is so unbearable So I brought in my truck yet again into Koons **** originally on brought in my truck in for a coolant flushing and inspection on 6/3/24 A month later coolant starts to leak out from what was diagnosed on 7/5/24 Service advisor ***** tells me that this has nothing to do with the job that was done with the coolant flushing because the coolant doesnt flow through the transmission which I understand it doesnt but it definitely flows through the trans oil cooler And that part got replaced but my issue is that i know for sure I have bumper to bumper warranty And I got charged ******* and also needed to get my emissions done that day and WAS NOT COMPLETED ALSO on that same day I drop my truck off at 7:30 am and didnt get a call until 3:30pm and ***** was ******* me to make decisions to whether I wanted to get the job done and was going back and fourth with me saying that it needs to stay over the weekend and wouldnt get worked on until that following Monday even though he guaranteed the truck would have been ready that day And at the end ***** wanted to be pushy and state well you can just pick your truck as is Not great customer service so once I agreed to pay the charges thats when ***** wanted to spring into action and got the truck completed but only on the basis I would pay the full amount Also tried contacting the customer relations manager ****** on 7/9/24 said she would reach back out to me that same day she did not call me back and its now two days later I will be contacting my bank to handle this accordingly Be careful doing business here a lot of shady things has happen ever since I bought my truck here ** on 7/30/24 I was contacted again by ****** stating she will look into the situation and would call me back but has not for two weeks and promised she would as long as gave her till Friday that week This place needs to be audited asap

In June'22 I bought a used vehicle from Koons Woodbridge Ford. Unfortunately, the dealership didn't fully prepare the vehicle before selling it to me, and major engine problems were immediately discovered. It took a few weeks, but once Koons realized what had happened, they did several things that I'm not sure every dealership would do: 1) they provided me with a loaner to drive for the entire time it took to complete vehicle repairs, over 3 months. 2) They bore the full cost of anything not covered by the vehicle's warranty, and 3) they worked to earn back my trust, and for my trouble they provided me with a credit towards future purchases made at the Koons dealership. When I was frustrated and felt like I was becoming one more person having a terrible used car experience, the General Manager of Koons Woodbridge Ford and his staff, including the General Sales Manager, made sure my concerns were heard and that effective action was taken. There are still some wrinkles at Koons when it comes to communication- between departments at the dealership and when advising the customer regarding the vehicle status- so 4 out of 5 stars is the best I can give for now, but I was told they're working on that, and in the end I'm a satisfied customer. My thanks go out to the GM, the GSM, and to the other hard-working folks at Koons Woodbridge Ford.
