I purchased a 2010 ** ***** on July 15th from Wind Rider. 2 items were placed as IOU which were the Transaction System and ABS. I noticed during the test drive that there was a loud noise coming from the left front and was told it was ABS by the salesperson. I was made to take the car that day for some reason after giving them a $2500 deposit. Within a matter of days, I contacted the dealer with safety concerns. The rearview outside mirrors are not working, 2 front worn tires, the horn works intermittently, the parking brake doesn't engage, leaking tire valve, and discovered the right front rim was bent and labeled so inside the tire. I asked to return the car and get my money back. The sale manager promised to fix the items but provided no replacement car or credit while repairs would be made. I made the first car payment with this promise. The other day the battery died in the car after driving. Contacted the dealer who advised me to bring the car in. I did such and they replaced the battery and I urged them to fix other items. While there I asked about VA Tags for the car and was told there were title issues still being worked out. Currently on 2nd expiring temp tags. They are unsure when the title will be ready. The car currently still has issues with Brake System including parking, Horn, Rim, and Tire Value. The dealer is not trying to repair the items as I was told to repair half of them. I want them to take the car back as I was deceived by the purchase. Additionally evidence of damage that was repaired and not reported on the carfax.

On September 2, 2021, I traveled out of state to purchase a car from Wind Rider Auto of Woodbridge, VA. I had been pre-approved for a loan, had a cashier's check for a $3000 down payment, and a trade-in valued at $1000. When I arrived, I was warned that they previously had had some confusion with inter-state sales, and had recently sent another Pennsylvanian a refund for $300 in overpayment of fees/taxes. I was told that if the same mistake were to happen again, I would be refunded as well. I found that the title to my trade-in was not in the documents I had taken along, so we agreed that I would pay an extra $1000 for the purchase, and when I mailed them the title, they would mail me a check for $1000. Once home with my newly purchased vehicle, having left my previous vehicle there, I had to order a replacement title from my state. When it arrived on September 20 , I mailed it to Wind Rider. By September 30, I had received a check for $300. I assumed it was for the tax/fee error they had mentioned. I called to ask about the payment for my trade-in, and was told that the check they sent for $300 was for the "real" value of the trade-in, but, since they had agreed to $1000, they would send another $700. On October 11, I was sent via email a bill of sale for the trade-in, which I was asked to sign and return. I hesitated, thinking I was to sign it when the check arrived. On October 21, I called asking the status of the check and was told it wouldn't be issued until completed and returned the bill of sale, which I did promptly. I was told the check was issued that day. On October 31, I sent an email asking the status of the check. I have not been given any reply at this time. I want the money they agreed to for my trade-in, and frankly, I'm not sure if they owe me $700 or $1000 because of mixed messages and unanswered texts and emails.
