My name is ***** ******** (********************). I am submitting this complaint for my 94 y.o. mother in law, ****** * ******** (*********************). ****** contacted Wythe Oil Distributors (**** ****** ** *********** ** *********************) to fill her oil tank. August 8, she received a bill stating that 521 gallons of oil had been pumped into her tank. ****** at the time was living in ******* ******* ** with her son and daughter in law (***** ********) due to being ill and unable to care for herself. A family friend came the next day to place the lock on the tank and measured the amount of oil in the tank. He measured only 340 gallons of oil. A deficit of 181 gallons of oil. ****** ******** has contacted Wythe Oil Distributors concerning this matter but has not received a call back. She has only been able to leave messages on the answering machine because no one will pick up when she calls. ****** is fine with being compensated by having the 181 gallons pumped into her oil tank or receiving the money for the cost of 181 gallons of oil. She is now living in ********** ** at *** **** ******** ** ********** ** *****. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. I contacted the office today and was told that the manager was out until Thursday due to a medical procedure. I am in ******* *******, VA and she is in ********** VA. She has the receipt in ********** VA. If possible please include my email, along with ******** email, in all correspondence concerning this matter. Due to ******** inexperience with the computer, an email maybe unanswered.Business response

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The business asked me how I wanted to resolve this problem. I told them I wanted a refund or a credit.
