On 2/2/22 I took my Jeep in for a " no heat problem" it was NOT for an over heating problem. The garage I took my jeep every two month for oil change told me it was the heating coil that was causing my no heat problem. I decided to take to the jeep dealer for this repair. When I told direct dodge this they say " the first thing we need to do is change water pump and thermostat. I said, what about the heating coil and it was " we have to do this first", I understand from my research is..... thermostat monitors & controls the flow of the coolant to engine. When you open the system. If you do not bleed the system after replacing thermostat if could over heat. 6 months after the first job my jeep over heating. It has NEVER over heated. I took it back to direct dodge because I considered this could be related to their work 2/2/22. They told me I blew my head gasket. After that repair it continues to overheat. I have returned my jeep 5 times. Almost within days of picking it up. Did direct dodge cause this leak which caused my over heat? I had 2 accredited mechanics look at my jeep & tell me the gasket was not sealed. I had another tell me, when this type of engine overheats, its done! He said because it's still over heating they did something wrong and he said they messed up my engine!! The last 4 times they give me a car to drive. The general manager has argued with me and said " this is a curtesy and he does not have to do this" he told me yesterday " I could take my jeep somewhere else" yesterday he gave me 2003 PT cruiser that made popping noise and smelled of diesel. I took that car back after getting 3 miles down the road because it was UNSAFE. I refused to drive it. He should have been ashamed of himself. My jeep is 2012, it used to run great, it is paid for. Now i think they cannot fix it. How can they fix what they have done? They definitely can't do auto work.

Absolutely horrible experience. I bought a 2017 Kia Sorento with an extended warranty. They are refusing to fix my car because there was a recall on the vehicle that I knew nothing about. The extended warranty will not fix my car either.
