Total Waste of Time, Unprofessional & Rude. On Sat. 9/17, Trevor was coming out to give me a quote between 11am & noon. I texted him to see if he could arrive more towards noon. He called & told me that his trailer had been stolen. I told him we could meet later in the day, but he insisted I was right around the corner & he would be at my house at noon. When he was 30 minutes late, I texted him for an ETA. He responded that it would be another 2 hours. We finally met & discussed what I needed. He was to come back out to my house on Sun. (I wasn't there) to discuss the job with his coworker. I texted him on Mon. & asked if he came back out & when I could be expecting a quote. He said he had and, hopefully, would have a quote by the end of the week. I got another text from him on Wed. 9/21 saying he would email a quote this week. On Sun. 9/25 around 3pm, I texted him & asked if I was going to get the quote, & I said that I had never waited so long to get a quote. No response. 1 ½ hours later, I sent another text with, "Hello?". Still nothing. Finally, after another 35 minutes, I texted him & asked whether I had wasted my time because Fall was here & it's difficult to get on landscaping lists (& I had been waiting over a week for a quote). He finally sent a text & told me he had just gotten back from Blacksburg & that, "He told me I would get a quote by the end of the week, & it was Sunday"; then he said, "When I saw you at the beginning of the week, even if you accepted the quote, I'm booked until November....". I reminded him that it had been over a week since I saw him & he had told me, then, that he was booked until mid-October. I also told him that he could've just answered my 1st text with "Yes" or called me rather than not communicating. I NEVER GOT THE QUOTE. I was ready to hire this company after they were referred - not recommended - by a trusted acquaintance. I know I dodged a bullet after seeing pictures of their work prior to writing this review.
