            They cleaned my system in October and shortly after (Thanksgiving week) the system stopped working and we had no heat or hot water with a house full of company. Called them repeatedly and sent text messages to which no one ever responded to. Called another company to come out and come to find out the issue we were having was due to Gotshall not putting a filter cap back on properly allowing wind driven air to get into the lines. I also have pictures that show that the system was never even cleaned by Gothshall to begin with even though I paid $242.44 for it. I reached out by mail giving them the opportunity to make this right but they chose to ignore that as well. I want my $242.44 back!

            They will take your money for a new unit, never return your calls when it doesn't work right. When you have a mental break down and threaten to do a bad review on them, they come out and switch a switch. Still doesn't work right but they sent me a bill for $225.00 I paid it but don't use them unless you want to get taken for a ride.
