I am writing to file a formal complaint against Portabrace regarding their blatant disregard for their warranty obligations and their consistent lack of response to my requests for assistance. I purchased a Portabrace backpack on June 12, 2022, for $246.70 from B&H. The backpack has since exhibited multiple defects, rendering it unusable.Upon encountering these issues, I reached out to Portabrace as per the retailer's instructions, and I was directed to ************************* for resolution. On December 27, 2022, I initially contacted ************************* seeking assistance with an exchange or repair. He requested a copy of the receipt, which I provided on the same day at 1:25 PM. From that point forward, the situation has taken a disheartening turn.Despite my numerous attempts to engage with Portabrace, including many phone calls, emails, and messages through their chat support, I have received no response or acknowledgment of my concerns. *************************, who initially appeared willing to assist, has failed to honor the commitment to address my concerns, leaving me frustrated and disappointed with the level of customer service I have experienced.I find it deeply concerning that Portabrace has chosen to disregard both the warranty on their product and their responsibility to provide adequate customer support. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience, as I am left with a defective product and no means to address the issue.I kindly request that the Better Business Bureau investigate this matter and urge Portabrace to fulfill their warranty obligations and respond to my legitimate concerns promptly. Consumers should be able to trust that companies will stand behind their products and provide reliable customer service when issues arise.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your assistance in resolving this frustrating situation.
