In regard to the complaint from *************************** we our sad to hear that she is unhappy with her car. She came highly recommended to us by her in laws who had purchased a vehicle from us and where very happy, I am confused why she rated us a 2 star when she stated she loves her car. In order to prepare the car for sale we put 2-upper ball joints, left front strut and 4-wheel alignment. Also, an axle shaft seal, transfer case oil seal. for a total cost of $2,351.98. We are happy to share these repair orders if needed. After selling the car on 8/26/2023 as is. ******* returned with complaints on 10/06/2023 for tires with uneven wear. At that time, we found rear toe links were not adjustable which caused tire wear. We installed adjustable links and replaced rear tires and replaced right front strut at no charge to Charity. That total for those repairs was $1,083.00. Since that time, we have not heard from Charity that she had any further concerns with her vehicle. I wish that she had reached out to us because the struts were warrantied for 1-year parts & labor, and we would have replaced them. As far as the sway bar and wheel bearing, we do not know how many miles the vehicle has had put on it since she purchased it as these are wearable items. We feel that we have done our due diligence in regard to issues we were made aware of which we feel does not warrant a 2-star rating. Thank you for your time
