I had a dental cleaning on 6/27/23 and I was told I needed to pay $132.00 as my balance after insurance. I told them it didn't sound right as I usually have to pay nothing but they said that was what they were getting back from insurance so I paid it. Once the claim was processed through my insurance I found that I was not suppose to pay anything; that the service was covered through my plan with that dental group and I had already paid my deductible. I called Aspen dental and requested a refund and they said they would processs. I didn't receive any refund so then called back on 8/18 to inquire why and thought it may be because my credit card number had changed. They said that I was due the refund and would send on for reimmbursement. Still nothing so I called again on 9/6/23. The clerk said all she could do was send it along to the department that handles the billing; that they had no control. I told them if I didn't get anything within a few weeks I was contacting this agency. I have called 3 times to get what is due me with no response besides sending on to another department.
