***** Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, previously called Summit:7/23/22 went to the dealership and met with ******. I was told the Jeep needed a new windshield, otherwise had no issues. It also had a soft top. The right blinker was blinking fast indicating it needed to be replaced, I asked ****** if that could be done and was told yes. 7/25/22 ****** texted me and said "some bearings and seals" needed to be replaced. the Jeep would not be done until mid next week. 8/1/22 ****** texted me and said the Jeep would be done Wednesday/Thursday (8/3 or 8/4)8/3/22 I texted ****** and did not get a response. I called the dealership and spoke to *****, Sales Manager. He said the Jeep also needed wheel bearings, pinion seals, an oil pan and a new drive shaft. I asked why I wasn't informed of this at the time of purchase and that I was no longer comfortable purchasing the vehicle. He said he would look into cancelling the loan, etc and get back to me. I did not hear back.8/4/22 ****** texted me and said there was no update on when it would be delivered as they were waiting on parts. ***********************, who signed the paperwork with me, reached out and asked me to call her. When I did, she explained there was no way for me to go back on the deal because the car had already been registered to me and that I should feel comfortable that they are fixing these issues. I asked about the Lemon Law and returning the car within 30 days and was told ******* Lemon Law only applies to new vehicles and I cannot return the Jeep.8/8/22 Jeep Delivered. Per ***** no soft top was included and they did not have one. The blinker was not replaced and is still blinking fast.8/10/22 The Jeep was taken for ******************* inspection where it failed for tires. I have since purchased new rims and tires and was able to get an inspection sticker.8/15/2022Check Engine light came on. Leaking oil. Oil pan rusted.
