This was for a winter tire changeover. I was exchanging my summer tires for winter tires. spoke to salesman on 9/20/2021 to get a quote, schedule an appointment, and talk about storing my summer tires. Quoted $646.31 as an all-inclusive price for tires, installation, labor, & allignment. made appointment to drop off the vehicle at 8:50 am on saturday 10/23/2021. appointment included meeting to talk about storage options and viewing the work.on 10/23/2021, arrived for appt at 8:50. was told they did not schedule me at that time and instead showed in their system that i would be arriving at 11am and waiting with my car. agreed i could leave it with them and said work would be done before they close at 3pm with enough time to meet at previously agreed upon.as of 2:30pm, no updates. i called and they said they were just starting to work and again assured me there would be time to meet & view the work.at 3pm they called. vehicle was ready but forced me to pay over phone because "they are now closed". charged me $711.24. when questioned stated quoted price was "JUST for the tires". put me in a position where i was forced to pay without seeing the work or meeting or else i would not get my car back before monday which is not an option that fits into my work schedule. worker was dismissive and ******* to leave. i asked about my previous tired and he didnt know where they were. said they were okay & tech put them in the back of my car. invoice #1-121687 picked up car and they were not there. shop was closed. tires were squeaking when i drove them. called shop on monday and was put on hold several times as the customer service agent looked for my tires. said they had been disposed of. i didnt consent to this. he said i must pay additional $24 disposal fee now. i didnt want to but i was scared they would send to collections and hit my credit score so i paid. no receipt or invoice number given. disputing charges with bank NEFCU ********* ***********Business response

****************** and I had a very productive conversation about her dissatisfactory service. We spoke about some of the miscommunication and short falls. I credited her $30.00 for tire recycling and she was very happy and agreed to adjust her complaint.
