Project started Nov 2022 and ended July ************************** Precision Contracting, who changed their name in Feb 2023 to Eastern ***************************** Work.One of the owners walked off the job leaving his partner to complete the project. He **** 3/4 of the project funds before leaving. In total we paid $170,000 for the project.The siding started falling off the house during the time they were completing the job and is still falling off. I had a contractor, A local contractor came to evaluate (his estimate is attached). While he was inspecting he found many places where the siding would just lift up. Places where there were NO nails and improper nailing. Places where it is bubbling because it was cut to short between the windows. Overall, his impression was that they did not know what they were doing.During this project a new master bedroom, bathroom and mud room were built. I was promised warranty information for all the windows, doors, faucets, showers, sinks, bathtub and shower to name a few and I was not given anything. The partner refuses to answer my many calls and text messages. I contacted the AGO office in ******* to see if they could mediate and he refused to settle. It is just wrong that a business can treat the consumer in this manner. I want justice and I hope you can help. I have loads of pictures and other material if needed.
