On 12/6/2021 Justin Perkins and his partner of Long Trail Plumbing & Heating of Hinesburg, Vt. 05461, 802-338-5078, 802-557-8856. The website does not provide a street adress in Hinesburg, Vt or an email address, only https://longtrailplumbing.com for the website, came to my house as my furnace was not working. They were in my basement for perhaps 20 minutes. His invoice No. 00850 dated 12/6/2021 stated that they had serviced and diagnosed my furnace and replaced Pressure Switch #1( there are a total of 3 Pressure switches for this brand furnace. My furnace is a Bryant). The invoice also states the charge of Parts & Labor, Flat rate Fee $431.39. The furnace worked for a few weeks and than I started to have problems again. A local distributor of my furnace, Dave Provost of Provost Sheetmetal recommended a reliable service person that their company had used and recommended in the past for HVAC work. This person was at my house today 01/05/2022 and spent over two hours examining and taking apart my furnace to diagnose the problem. The person that was here today, told me that there was a much bigger problem with the furnace, and he also told me that the pressure switches were all original equipment, which means that Justin Perkins and his partner never replaced Pressure Switch #1. He lied to me. The service person here today 01/05/2022, also told me that 2 wires had been switched which he said would make it very difficult for the furnace to turn on and work appropriately. I paid Justin Perkins the same day that he was at my house 12/06/2021, $431.39 check # 5003. I would like all of the money $ 431.39 I paid returned. I feel that this company misrepresented themselves and lied to me and did not provide any service whatsoever.
