My husband had an accident in *********, ** on 8/23/22 which rendered our vehicle undriveable. The police department said he would need to have it towed and had to use one of their companies they had on a list. When MacKay Towing arrived my husband told them he wanted the truck brought to ************ ******************* as that is who would be doing the repairs. The next day we found out they brought it to ********* at their own shop. My husband called Mackay to tell them that they were told where to bring it and that he was not going to pay any storage fees. We have been trying to get them to bring the truck where they should have since August 23. Our insurance company told them numerous times that Five Star Auto would pay the towing fee when it arrived. Today 9/13/22 it was finally delivered to Five Star Auto Body and they got hit with a bill of $2850. Our repair shop has stated that everytime they do business with MacKay they have an issue in that they do not want to provide a W9.Customer response
