Rowley Fuels driver caused damage to our property at our most recent propane delivery. We have been customers since 2014 with solid payment history. This company has made multiple deliveries to the tank on our property and in that time their ability to access the tank has never been an issue. We have had a cable approximately 15 feet away from our tank ever since we have been a customer of *************************** office staff have been made well aware of this multiple times in the past. At the time of the most recent delivery, we were home, and saw the driver in our driveway. There were no other large trucks at our property on the day Rowley came to deliver our fuel. On the day of the damage, there was no precipitation, conditions were clear. Our driveway is wider than the lanes of the highways the driver used to get to our home. Rowley is claiming they will not be responsible for their damage to our property in any way shape or form and continues to make false allegations in order to avoid responsibility, including the claim that the tank was not accessible at the time of our fuel delivery. The delivery was captured on our home security system. We see this has happened with other of Rowley Fuels customers. A police report has been filed as a result of the damage. The ****** Independent published that this business has had at least three violations and fines of thousands of dollars for setting tanks on fire illegally as well as incomplete installations of tanks leading to spills. This company has made it clear in multiple ways that they care more about their bottom line than they do the environment and their customers and we wonder how they are still able to stay in business.
