FAQ
The business has stated that everything is foam covered and that this is their first such complaint. That said the car still has a dent in it. It isn't scratched where the dent is so the foam kept it from scratching. But it is still dented. Wasn't there on the entrance.

In regards to Incident #********,
Large dent just above the Rear drivers side Window
I met ******* at the site he said dented his car. The bay was open and washing cars. I had him touch the material. It is foam, very much like a swimming pool noodle. It cannot dent a car PERIOD. No metal comes in contact with the vehicle because it is protected by about 8-12 inches of this soft foam. When in rotation the metal does not get within 14 inches of the car. I showed him this. It could not have been from here.
It would take metal to metal to dent. Not foam to metal. The machine rotates. It does not ever ram into the vehicle.
If the machine had caused a dent it would have repeated again and again denting vehicle after vehicle. Machines do not heal or self repair.
We have washed over 1000 vehicles since ******* washed 3/27/24. We have received no such complaints prior or since.
We have 3 bays with like equipment and have been in business for many years. Not one of the 3 machines has ever dented a car or truck.
I would appreciate this matter closed and thank you for your time.
