We were contacted by the dealer but not to address the customer relation or complaint I called to report but to try and force me into removing my genuine review of this company from Im guessing the general manager or owner. And it was over text so I have a copy. Im convinced its because Im a disabled combat veteran that utilizes a service dog, and he was with me working as he does everyday. - When we went to buy a brand new explorer, we had the loan and insurance lined up from a day prior. But still sat there for 3 hours. Sales gentlemen was very nice and who you wanted, just very genuine and even apologized for the managers attitude. But When we worked with a manager for the signing. He was extremely rude and pushy on a warranty, saying hourly rate is 140 and we get a-lot of electronic issues, and if you buy now its 2k+. When I said you are being pushy he became super defensive and told me to calm down. But we said no multiple times to him on that area and he wouldnt take no, then all of a sudden it was 1700 for that 2k+ one. He also didnt know the warranty on it as I had to inform him what the window sticker shows is different then his. Must be a sales tactic to convince you. Also most employees could not answer little question on the car leaving me to ****** answers. This manager cost a sale at signing because of how rude and disrespectful he was and his overly pushy attitude to me and my wife. Instead of addressing an issue the owner/ managers would rather be extremely rude and disrespectful to a veteran with an *** registered service dog who is federally mandated to accompany myself. If they tried to take advantage of me how many other disabled or elderly have they tried to do the same to.
