              Date 6/20/22, We went to the dealership with a preapproval to buy a new truck, After driving and deciding to buy the truck. We discussed price, which right now is full retail, we accepted that, but wanted to use our bank financing,. which was at a very good rate, they told us they would not use our bank financing. we had to finance through them. So I offered to bring a bank check or cash to make the transaction. which they said they would not accept. We had to finance through them.

              My rear brakes failed on my 2017 GMC **** truck after only 33k miles. I had the truck towed to Springfield GMC and they inspected it. They told me I needed not only the rear, but also the front brakes and it would cost over $2K. I told them to do the rear brakes only and I would take the truck to my mechanic. They specifically said that my front brakes only had 2mm of pad left. The technician tried to pressure me into getting the front brakes because they were going to fail very soon.After completing the repair on the rear brakes, I brought the truck to my very honest mechanic who showed me the front brake pads that had a full 10mm of pad left. It was straight fraud. Someone reached out from the dealership to ask about my poor review on ******* He said he would check in with the technician that did this and get back to me asap, but I have heard nothing regarding the issue for 10 days.
