      I recently ordered a shirt from ASMDSS (order# ASMDSS447767) When I changed the shirt color during ordering it must have defaulted to the small size, even though I changed the size to 3XL. I did not see that the size had changed back to the small size. When I received my order and noticed it was a small, I contacted the company about a refund/exchange. They inform me their refund policy does not allow for refunds or exchanges. I explained in my response to their email that I don't feel I should have to pay for a shirt that I cannot use because the wrong size was accidentally entered on my order. I've since ordered another shirt from the same company in the right size and I simply want a refund for the shirt that I cannot use. I am even willing to send the shirt back to them but they do not want to return it.

      I was looking to order a shirt but changed my mind. Sadly, my dog then started licking my phone while I was handing something else and it ordered the shirt. I cancelled the order the company agreed to cancel it. Then they shipped it anyways. Then Withdrew the offer to cancel/refund. Then actually taunted me about the order and how I should be careful ordering things. Sadly this has gone back and forth with no resolution. I received a defective shirt where the printing was literally falling off the shirt. The print was of very poor quality. It was supposed to be a premium shirt. The shirt is 100% cotton but has poor stitching and feels very basic and cheap.

      I ordered a sweater from this business on 12/01/2023. It is now Januray 10 **** and I have yet to receive my item. I emailed the company on 12/18/23 requesting refund as product would not arrive before holidays or within the 2 week time frame advertised when ordering. They told me it would be shipped soon and could not be canceled as it was in the production stage. As of January 10 **** it has still yet to ship and I have not received any updates from the business. I seek a refund of my ***** and to move on from this business without any future purchases being made.

      I have sent emails asking for updates and received no response. I will say it here again that I would like a refund for an $60 item I'm probably not going to receive for months.

      This sweatshirt is not the one on his website. It is a cheap 50/50 cotton/poly blend, not 100% cotton. Doesn't look at all like the one in the listing. Two voicemails were left to address the issue. I never received a reply. Only after disputing the charge with my credit card company, I receive an email from him 6 weeks later. He told me he would send a replacement. I said no and to refund my money. He said they don't refund due to defective or damaged material. I said neither applies to this situation. I received the wrong hoodie. He is trying to bully me into accepting a replacement. He shouldn't be allowed to sell to anybody ever again. Refund my money!!!

      I ordered an in stock tshirt from the business in April 2023 ( order # asmdss400153 for $33.94) and the shirt took much longer to deliver than advertised by the business on their website. The business refused to publish my negative review online on their website and when I attempted to contact the business they would not answer my question regarding the time it took to deliver my order or why they wouldnt publish my review on their website of a confirmed order. The business needs to publish reviews of customers so others are aware of their poor customer service and extended delivery times which far exceed their advertised timelines. I have attempted at least 10 phone calls which all were unanswered and left several messages. One email message was returned with a response that did not answer my question.

      I am writing as a follow up to my above referenced complaint. The business has not made any effort to reconcile the complaint that I have lodged. The business immediately emailed me after I made the initial complaint with you and advised that they would offer a $10 credit on any future purchases. I responded that I was not interested in a credit on future purchases as I was not planning on buying anymore merchandise from their business and that a credit on future purchases did not address my complaint. The business replied in a email that they were forwarding my complaint / issue to their review team for follow up. That was more than ************************************************************** that time.

       It is apparent that the business is not interested in resolving my complaint and wants the issue to just disappear. The business immediately emailed after the complaint was lodged however this was due to your involvement and the business never had any intention of addressing my complaint as evidenced by their lack of communication from that point forward. Their initial response was to placate your involvement and no actual resolution was offered. The businesses lack of communication from that point forward demonstrates their lack of care and I sincerely doubt they even have a review team. Any assistance you helping resolve this matter will be greatly appreciated

      the resolution of a store credit does not address my issues, especially since I am not planning to purchase any more items from the business. The store credit is a blatant disingenuous resolution because it does not address the issue of refusing to publish a valid verifiable purchase review as well as their poor to nonexistent communication. Instead of a store credit which they know I will not utilize since I do not plan on making future purchases the business at the least can credit my previous purchase and deduct that amount from my charge. Store credit is obviously a useless solution and a disingenuous resolution by the business in an attempt to quell my complaint. It does not resolve the fact that they refuse to publish my valid review and that they only communicate when the BBB sends a message and ignore my emails. A final note, the resolution by the business of a store credit which I refuse has not been sent after more than ********************************************************************************** actually addressing my complaint
