Recently purchased items from Mega Depot, and I need to say it was easy and fast. My order was tax-exempt and they shipped it the next day. **************** agents were eager to help with my additional questions regarding the product details. Thats all I need to keep using this online store.

Ordered a part Wednesday and my order is neither in their database nor have they given me any updates all while I sit in my home without water.

As we drop-ship all the items directly from the manufacturers' warehouses, the order processing time may take from 5 to 10 business days as it is shown on our website. However, if the items are available, the orders are usually fulfilled even sooner. Once the manufacturer provides ** with the tracking number for your order, we will immediately let you know.

This company just doesn't sit right with me and appears to be very shady. In mid-July I ordered some Master Lock Speed Locks. About a week later I was told the product was discontinued. In the email stating this, receiving a refund wasn't even given as an option instead, they tried really hard to sell me a different type of lock. I told them I didn't want another lock and if they can't get it I would like a refund. I was ignored over the course of the three emails I sent them and eventually, they refunded me. I get it, things are discontinued, but what bothers me is that the site still shows this item for sale( https://megadepot.com/product/master-lock-1500idclp-2-1-8-combination-padlock-in-retail-clip-stripe-pckg-assorted-colors?msrc=gglds). This implies that they knowingly list items that they can't get and therefore can't fulfill. I'm guessing if BBB was to investigate this company they would see that there are plenty of items listed on their site that can't actually be fulfilled. It appears the company does this to either float the cash that unexpected customers are handing over or to try to convince the customer to purchase other products. As I said, just feels very shady and slimy and I wouldn't recommend ever dealing with this place to anyone.

Many of them are being discontinued every day and we try to change the status of these items as soon as we can.Our website currently shows that the purchased #Master Lock 1500iDCLP is discontinued. We apologize for the inconvenience the issue may have caused.We usually provide the customers with the best replacement options - if the suggested items do not work, we will definitely issue a refund. Poor product guarantees. I purchased a $200 moisture tester for our farm which did not work from the beginning. I followed their return instructions exactly as specified (only 15 days from receipt - be careful) and they refuse to refund my money. They don't take responsibility for the products they carry and are blaming the manufacturer's warranty policies. They can't take care of my problem because their vendor won't take care of their problem. Which really isn't my problem. I ordered a replacement from Amazon which works perfectly. Won't be ordering from Mega*LameExcuse*Depot again.

Buyer beware, don't make a mistake and order the wrong product. Company charges re-stocking fee for an item that never even came out of the box and was shipped directly from the manufacture and directly back to the manufacture. It was not a special order item. I understand losing out on shipping fees but do not understand a restocking fee for an item that Mega Depot never even touched. Skip the middle man, you will be happy you did.

Per our policy, returns can be requested within 14 days from the date your order was received. Since your request was received on the 35th day after delivery, it was reviewed on a case by case basis, and, as an exception, we agreed to accept the return though the return window has expired. We charge a restocking fee for all ordered products unless there was an error on our behalf or if the product is defective, as order return takes our employees' time, which we pay.
