We see that you placed an order online on May 8th, for the Agastache **** That was shipped to you on May 10th. From the email and photo you sent in, we can confirm that we did send you the Agastache **** which is what you had ordered. We'd love to know more about what email address you tried to use to contact us, and what happened with that experience? We don't find any record of an email from you (which of course makes sense if you were not able to reach us), however we are getting and receiving email daily, so if there's an issue we're not aware of we'd like to understand that so we can fix that as well.
