      I was worried about ordering plants online, but mine arrived in excellent condition. *********** Gardens cultivates natives that are difficult to find elsewhere. Definitely will be my go-to for online ordering

      I haven't had a problem with their plants. Once in awhile, plants didn't survive but they replaced or refunded the money. I also appreciate their customer service when I do have problems with a plant or identifying a plant. I live in ******** and we sometimes get harsh *******. I enjoy their hummingbird plants and butterfly plants.

      High Country had such an amazing selection of healthy plants that are selected to thrive in my high altitude dry garden. There is so much great information about the plants on their website which makes it easy to choose plants that will be successful and beautiful! Their customer service is extraordinary! They are so responsive and really stand behind their products!

      I ordered DogTuff grass and some tulip bulbs last year. Both arrived when expected and grew great!

      Delay of almost a month to get my plants. I even added to my order during the wait. A week before they shipped the plants they had a sale on my exact plants. I asked if I could get the sale price since they havent shipped yet, but they said they would but it had to be within 7 days of original date of sale. I then tried to cancel my order. The next day I got the notification that my order had shipped. Anyway I got the plants today and 95% were root bound and didnt look that healthy. I followed the planting advice on their website and well see. Never ordering from this company again.

      I ordered a Lavender. It arrived dead.To their credit, they gave me 2 smaller varieties which they claimed was better for my region. However, they also arrived black with a couple of green leaves. This is a nursery issue not shipping, not tegion, simply poor growing and dubious business decisions (why ship dead/dying plants). Although doubtful about their survival, I placed them in the ground until I can find the same variety elsewhere. I mail order hard to get plants from numerous places; this is my first negative review of a mail order nursery. The other nurseries I order from do not carry this variety. Buyer beware.

      I am totally disappointed. I ordered a plant and the leaves didnt match on the website and asked to return it to get the plant I wanted. Send picture of the plant that was sent to me as requested by the representative. Never heard a response. I called again to see if I could return and get the plant that I wanted and was a challenge because the plant I like was very hard to find and it under a family tree which made even harder. They refused to work with me. I see now why that have low review rating. I highly recommend going elsewhere!

From the email and photo you sent in, we can confirm that we did send you the Agastache **** which is what you had ordered.       They shipped me a milkweed plant that was half dead when it arrived. I sent an email to their customer service and it wasnt even a valid email address. Would literally never recommend this place to anyone! Not to mention extremely overpriced, especially for the condition my plant arrived in. Fingers crossed she doesnt die but this was an extremely disappointing purchase :/
