  As the architecture firm they misrepresented, lied and refused to answer emails regarding the cost of a service in which they were working with the contractors ***************************. I have trying to find a solution with the Vice President of the company but have not had a satisfactory solution and feel they arent responsible.

  I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. The issue has not been resolved.

  Id first like to note that the complainant is not a client of *******************************.  Our client for the project is the homeowners association, of which the complainant is a homeowner. No invoices or bills went to the complainant from our company.  Our company was delegated to determine which elements (fireplaces, granite countertops etc) within each of the residences existed prior to a massive fire that destroyed the building.  One of our employees at the time met individually with many homeowners to understand what finishes each homeowner had before, and what upgrades they may desire in the reconstruction of the building.  This employee made his assessment and provided that information to the building contractor for pricing.  I believe each homeowner received a document for their signature verifying the finishes each would receive and any costs associated with it, however that is not a document we have access to and cannot confirm.  Our employee has moved on to work for another firm on his own volition, so his email address was deactivated and may have contributed to the reason the complainant did not receive a prompt response by email.  The complainant eventually called our office by phone and I spoke with him about the issue.  He forwarded me information from the attorney and receiver involved in the project.  The attorney suggested the remedy is to appeal to the current board of directors.  I suggested to the complainant that his path for appeal is as described by the attorney, as ******************************* is not responsible for any of the invoicing or charges that the complainant has received.
