    In June of 2023 I paid a $100 deposit for our wedding flowers to be preserved. The week before our wedding on 9/2/23, I paid for our order in full (another $365) and had a phone call with ****, the owner, who stated that turnaround time was 3-4 months. The morning after our wedding on 9/10/23, I dropped off an entire car full of very expensive flowers that had to be specially sourced due to the time of year (peonies, ranunculus, sweet peas, etc) to **** directly and was told that hopefully the order would be done by Christmas. This was perfect, as I had ordered something for a gift.Christmas came and went and by January I still hadnt heard from her, so I sent an email. I was alarmed to hear that she had moved several states away and immediately worried about the state of my flowers. How could she possibly move and safely transport that many florals, assuming I wasnt her only customer who hadnt received their order yet? She gave me excuses about her health, the move, and a broken phone and told me my order would be done by the end of March. The conversation was left at that.By *****, I still hadnt received my order and sent another communication. This time, she got extremely defensive and accused me of being threatening and then attempted to use my profession as a way to insinuate that I should be more understanding of her situation. This felt WILDLY inappropriate. Whats more, now she says my order wont be ready until the end of May. She also notes that this work cant be rushed, but shes going to move quickly on mine. As a bride, my flowers were one of my favorite parts of the day Im devastated that this has been my experience and heartbroken to think that I might never get my flowers back. Of note, I still have not received a response from her. Furthermore, my florist reached out several times and has also been ignored. It is really upsetting that **** is advertising such a special service and not delivering. Brides deserve better and should beware.

    I sent my wedding flowers to this business to preserve in November 2022. I ordered a framed floral arrangement and several gifts for my bridal party totaling over $500. The business promised to deliver the order for over a year and a half and never delivered or refunded my purchase. The communication is minimal and only reactive when I ask for a status update, always claiming that they would ship that week which they never did. I have been understanding and wanted to support a small business, but after more than 18 months I have been unsuccessful in getting my one of a kind precious memory or my money back. Save yourself the time, heartache, and money and do not use this business.
