      We purchased a hot tub, cover, cover lift and hot steps from this company and paid in full for all items ordered. Everything was delivered except for the cover lift which we were told was out of stock after delivery. The company instructed us to order one on Amazon. We asked the company for a refund for the cover lift that we paid for ($300). They agreed to refund us however this was on 10/12 and every follow up email since then has been met with hostility.

      Refund coming soon as agreed to. We are a small operation that can't get to everything the very second you tell us to. Your choice to take this type of direction is very telling about you and the entire situation of a very simple small refund that I'm trying to get to you.

      Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered.

      We have still not received the $300 refund to the address provided: ******************************.

      You have to allow reasonable time for processing. This ridiculous harassment is completely absurd from every standpoint and is an unnecessary waste of time for both of us. The check was generated from our bank to your husband ***** in a very reasonable and timely manner. Most companies would say that you will receive your refund in 90 Plus days. It's only been a very short time. And again a very small business being ridiculously and unnecessarily harassed for something that we said we would take care of as soon as possible....... We have done just that. Allow time for the post office which we all know has also been a little bit slow these days to do their job.
