This would also go under the complaint with this business. I received a phone call from someone that wanted to serve papers on my ex-husband. I told the person we have been divorced for 18 years and I gave him the number that I have. He told me that wouldn't work and that my ex would need to call in. I said I was not going to contact him and they could. They continued to call myself and my parents who live in another state. I asked for the company and he said ************************* and Associates. I called them and told them. They assured me that they would have my number taken off and my parents. The next day I get a call again about serving him papers. This has continued for 2 weeks with them calling sometimes 5-6 times in 2 minutes. I called again telling them I want our names/numbers off the case and she kept interrupting me and not letting me finish. I wanted assurances that I would not get calls and was asking what else she was doing. Again she wouldn't let me finish. The company they had hired said he wouldn't change anything and he has the information already. Then she hung up on me! When I called back to get the name (I had lost it and only had a number) they just answered as corporate office I asked what their name was she said you are harassing's us now. I said I just want their corporate name and she hung up on me. I called back and a guy answer who did give it to me! I still have no clue what they are going to go do get the other guy that they hired to leave me alone!
