I was not told about the vehicle until I had my 22000$ check from the bank and was signing the paperwork when I saw that it was a rebuilt title. They assured me I would have no problems. I had sensor problems then my transmission went out right after the warranty expired. It cost 5000$ to replace and I sent photos of the water residue and burnt fluid inside the transmission. ****** said it was not the inside of my transmission. (I watched and took the photos myself at the repair. I asked for some compensation for my towing and hotel room and was told no she did not care about it.Review from Josh L

My wife and I have bought combined 5 car's from these guys. As well as my mother in law, and both sister in laws and more extended family. I have also brought vehicle to have serviced here even vehicles that I didn't buy here. The last vehicle we bought from here we have had for barley a year and right after buying it we started to hear sounds in the front end of the car. I brought it in they gave me a loaner car and they looked it. ****'s stated they looked at everything and they stated it was fine and to bring it back if it made that sound again. While it was there getting looked at for the sound they dented the door and I had to fight with the owner ***** who was very rude to myself and started to basically call me a liar and used curse towards me and in front of my 4 year old daughter. That being said I was able to deal with *****'s daughter the other owner and they did repair the dented door. And shortly after the sound came back! But I refused to bring it to them after that and after they Misdignosed another vehicle of mine. So I brought it to the ****** dealership. They reported that the intermediate shaft and the lock bolts plus an alignment after. So what is was they again misdiagnosed what was wrong and now i get to pay $1,100 out of pocket for repairs they should have fixed originally. I have been a long time customer and now they have lost mine a my wife's business for good.

I am not sure the best way to respond to this review. When the 2017 ****** Camry was brought in for repair less than a month after it was purchased to have a clanking noise looked at, it was parked on our sales lot in between two vehicles parked for sale. The vehicle was driven straight into the parking spot by the customer. Shortly after it was dropped off, the vehicle was driven down back by one of our technicians directly into a service bay. It was noted by the technician that there was damage to the vehicle's passenger front door.
When **** picked the vehicle up from being repaired, he came back and complained that there was damage to the door that wasnt there when he dropped off the vehicle. We know with complete certainty that the vehicle wasnt damaged here at Payas for one main reason. We have security cameras and I reviewed them carefully. **** was very upset and angry. He was persistent and threatening. We agreed to fix the door but made it clear that it was not our responsibility. It was a goodwill repair.
Nine months later a complaint is being voiced that he has taken his vehicle elsewhere to be repaired for a noise that has come back and he is being charged $1,100.00. Had the ****** Camry needed a CV Intermediate Shaft when the vehicle was brought back in April 2023, we would have repaired it. A CV Intermediate shaft costs approximately $125.00 and two hours of labor to replace ($180), an alignment $119.95. That is a $432.45 repair at our shop. We repaired the Langevins door for more $432.45 knowing they would not be back to do more business because he told us so. We have always taken pride in our work and appreciate our customers.
