First time coming to the shop and bought two disposable vapes, they were both defective right out of the packaging. The strawberry/melon/apple blinked with a dead battery and the blue razz sizzled and burned the coil on the first hit. I called them within just hours and explained the issue. The guy I spoke to was short with me and unfriendly saying "all sales are final there's absolutely nothing we can do, it's state law". He asked me if I opened them up and tried them in the store, that was never offered to me or suggested. I told him that I understand what he said about state law prohibiting the issue of a refund. However I just moved to the area and I'm trying to find my regular local vape shop.I said this is my first time coming to your shop and $20 wasted. Are you able to hook me up with a coupon/discount for my next visit or just anything at all? He stonewalled me and said absolutely not, that's the name of the game with disposables they are all cheap quality and made in *****.I won't be returning and I will be sure to share my experience of getting bitten by Viper-Vapor.
